Information we collect
Through the quote request form: name, company, email, phone number, city or region, project type, project description and, where applicable, the files you attach. We collect no sensitive information and no payment information on this site.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you, assess your request, prepare a quote and follow up on the project. We do not use this information for advertising purposes.
Consent
You consent to the collection by checking the box provided on the form before sending. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; we will then stop using your information, subject to our legal obligations.
Disclosure to third parties
Your information is never sold or rented. It may be processed by our technology providers (website hosting and request management tool) solely to allow us to reply to you. If a provider stores data outside Quebec, we must assess its protection framework before launch.
Retention and destruction
Requests are kept for as long as needed for commercial follow-up, then securely destroyed. The exact retention period must be set by ProConcept before launch and stated here.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to incoming requests is limited to the people who need it as part of their duties.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no profiling trackers. Only the cookies required for the site to function are used. If an audience measurement tool is added later, a consent banner will be activated and this section will be updated.
Your rights
You may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction, its deletion, the withdrawal of your consent, or a stop to its dissemination. We respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
Privacy incident
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious harm, ProConcept notifies the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information, and records the incident in a register.

This policy may be amended. The update date shown at the top of the page prevails.
